About Escalate
Escalate is an Escalation Management System designed for NHS Professionals built in partnership with The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, to improve patient care, efficiency and response times.
Although Escalate can be used for the measurement and management of Operational Pressure Escalation Levels (OPEL), it’s key use is to ensure Operational teams within Trusts and NHS Organisations have a reliable and customisable system in place to manage the pressures effectively, giving them oversight of each department in real time enabling escalation to de-escalation periods to be significantly decreased.
